RETURN POLICY

Returns

For all returns please contact Under Pressure Performance directly at 719-575-0202 to obtain an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a prior authorized RMA number. All returns must be returned in the original packaging, un-opened, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged, and in resellable condition, and restocking fees may apply. Some items considered special order may not be eligible for returns.

Warranty Claims/ Exchanges

All warranties are passed through from the original manufacture to the end customer, and very by product. Please check with the product manufacture for for details concerning warranties on an individual basis. All products manufactured by UPP come with a 1yr warranty, unless otherwise specified, covering normal wear and usage. These warranties do not cover consequential damages, abuse, neglect, mis-installation, or damaged caused by any other failed components. Liability shall be limited to replacement, repair, or refund solely at the discretion of UPP, of the failed component and does not cover installation, rental, labor, additional parts, loss of use, or any other consequential damages, regardless if caused by the failed component or not. Shipping

Customer is solely responsible for all return shipping charges. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Original Shipping and Handling Fees of the product are not refundable, in all circumstances.
